I wish when I was younger I understand the value of healing. Instead, I tried to persevere and suppress only to find myself in a toxic relationship trying to do my best for my children. Healing means, finding my normal.

When I was 18 and away at my first semester of college I was gang raped at gunpoint. My PTSD started one year later. I had a very difficult time with work and relationships. I was never able to get married or have children.

I learned to let go of you. You were never really my friend you just wanted something from me. I learned it wasn’t my fault but yours. I’m not obligated to be your friend so I’ll let you go.

Always keep your head up. Never let anyone think you're less then them. Best advice I could give is love yourself no matter what. In your heart you will always know you have the courage to stand with pride knowing you are a lovely soul and it's not your fault for being in a situation.
