It was never your fault, it was theirs.
Message of Healing
I learned to let go of you. You were never really my friend you just wanted something from me. I learned it wasn’t my fault but yours. I’m not obligated to be your friend so I’ll let you go.
I was just starting outpatient therapy. She had texted me telling me she was “pent up”. She came to me asking for “help with it”. I didn’t want to lose her so I obliged. Seconds before she had called me. I was crying because I didn’t want to Do it, but I didn’t want to disappoint. Months later, she told me whenever we were just beginning to talk she had “done stuff” While we were on call without me knowing. She said she thought it was funny. I don’t think it’s funny. I think it’s vile and disgusting.
